Twitch wanted to shine a light on a community that has been growing under the radar for almost a decade, the Creative Streamer community. How should we celebrate the visual artists, food & drink streamers, body art & makeup, coders, makers, and crafters in the Twitch-iest way possible?

By taking over the most important Art Gallery in the world.

The week started with the announcement of a stream that would feature art submitted by the Twitch community via Twitter. We encouraged everyone to make whatever they wanted but added some prompts for inspiration throughout the week.

Of the hundreds that submitted, just over one hundred were featured on the fridge.

Once the stream started, we constantly updated art as well as featured ten popular creative channel streamers from the community. We featured ink and paint art, makeup and body art, culinary arts and even one of the best balloon artists on the planet, /SharpBallons

The production itself was a creative experiment run by legendary Twitch performance artist and purveyor of Quality Content, /TheSushiDragon
